Antonio Haynes received a B.A., magna cum laude, in French with highest distinction from the University of Rochester and a J.D., magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from Cornell Law School. His scholarly interests include constitutional law, children’s rights, and governmental regulation of sex acts. His scholarship has appeared in the Cornell Law Review and was recently cited by the Illinois Supreme Court. He will clerk for Hon. Gerard E. Lynch beginning in January 2013.
