Cornell Center for Women and Justice

The Cornell Center for Women and Justice cooperates with judges, legal professionals, and governmental and non-governmental organizations to ensure that women and girls everywhere are protected from violence by the rule of law.  By providing free legal research to judges in developing nations and disseminating this knowledge through the World Wide Web, the Center seeks to promote the enforcement of international human rights laws intended to eliminate gender-based violence.  Gifts to the Cornell Center for Women and Justice support its staff in their ongoing efforts to serve as an information-resource and knowledge-base for judges and lawyers committed to protecting the legal rights, and the lives, of women and girls.
