Cornell Law School Endowed Funds

Endowment funds established in perpetuity encourage stability among our faculty and students and bring certainty to our finances. Named scholarships underwrite significant portions of the tuition costs incurred by our J.D., LL.M., and J.S.D. candidates. Named professorships confer a distinguished title and the honor of holding an endowed chair on our most productive, effective, and beloved teachers. Research funds support the scholarly investigations of our faculty, and prizes recognize the myriad accomplishments of our students in their academic work, legal writing, moot court performance, and written and oral advocacy skills, as well as qualities of mind, character, and demeanor.
