A Dean's Discretionary Fund gives the Allan R. Tessler Dean of Cornell Law School financial resources independent of the school's annual budget. In unrestricted form, a fund of this kind enables the Dean to meet any need and seize any opportunity consistent with the educational mission of Cornell Law School.
