Lodging, Youth Program & Other Resources

Athletics
The University sponsors a wide array of athletic activities during Reunion Weekend, such as a Reunion Run, golf and tennis tournaments, canoeing and horseback riding. Law alumni are eligible to participate in any and all of these offerings, and can also purchase a Reunion Weekend pass to the University’s fitness centers.

Dietary Restrictions
With advance notice, we are happy to work with caterers to accommodate dietary restrictions. Please note any requested accommodations on your registration form or contact the Alumni Affairs Office at (607) 255-5251.

The fee for children 12 and under is $52.00 for all three nights (Thursday, Friday, Saturday), or $26.00 per night if registering for fewer than three nights. Children with sleeping bags may stay in their parents’ room at no cost. Cascadilla Hall has double/single rooms available with daily towel service.

Dress Guidelines
Dress throughout Reunion Weekend is casual. Many Reunion participants do, however, enjoy dressing somewhat more formally (e.g., jackets for gentlemen) at the Friday evening Class Dinners and the Saturday evening All-Class Reunion Dinner. An umbrella in Ithaca is always a prudent precaution, and comfortable walking shoes are advised for those who will be participating in any of the tours.

Youth Program and Child Care
Children ages 3 months to 5 years may be enrolled during Reunion Weekend in the childcare program offered by the Ithaca Community Child Care Center (IC3.) Please call IC3 at 607.257.0200 for further details. Children ages 6 to 15 may be enrolled in Cornell’s Reunion Youth Program during Friday and Saturday of Reunion Weekend. Because the Youth/Child Care programs are very popular with University Reunion participants (who celebrate Reunion the same weekend as the Law School), we urge you to return the Youth Program registration form as soon as possible, and no later than May 26 if you wish to take advantage of this wonderful service.
