Studio reservations are available on a first come, first serve basis. Bookings can be made by filling out the online Studio Reservation Form. Please make sure you have as much detail as possible about the remote site's details (contact information, date, time, etc.) before making a reservation. It is highly recommended that you fill out this form as least 7 business days prior to your expected video conference appointment.
Once a reservation has been submitted, Law School A/V will check to make sure the studio is available at the time requested. A follow-up will occur either way to confirm or ask that you choose another time. Once settled, Law School A/V will conduct a test of the connection from the studio to the remote site ahead of your form appointment.
