- Student Mentors will give you feedback on their summer work experiences
- Alumni Mentors provide perspective on practicing issues
Law School faculty and administrators who have practiced law can provide you with advice about employers, practice areas and locations.
- Gain first-hand insights into particular employers
- Learn the pathways to sought-after careers
- Discuss the pros and cons of cities or regions of the country
- Explore work/life balance issues
- Obtain referrals to people with additional information
- To “give back” to their institution or classmates
- To repay the kindness their own mentors have shown them
- To stay connected to the law school or students they don’t know
