Rulemaking 2.0: Understanding and Getting Better Public Participation

A new report by members of the CeRI team, Rulemaking 2.0:  Understanding and Getting Better Public Participation, offers specific advice on using social networking and other Web 2.0 technologies to get broader, better public participation in policymaking. Published by the IBM Center for the Business of Government, the report uses experience and findings from the first three years of RegulationRoom research to identify the barriers to effective public participation and offer strategies for overcoming them.  Check it out!
