Mark L. Goldstein, Adjunct Professor of Law, graduated from Cornell University, School of Industrial and Labor Relations (1972), received an M.B.A. with distinction from The Johnson School of Cornell University (1975), and a J.D. from Cornell Law School (1976) where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review. He clerked for Hon. Charles P. Sifton, E.D.N.Y. He has authored numerous articles and treatises on employment law, entertainment and sports law, collective bargaining, labor law, and arbitration, and has taught employment law, labor law, and arbitration at Brooklyn Law School, Hofstra Law School, and Pace Graduate School of Business. He has represented clients in his NYC private law firm practice, including corporations, not-for-profits, sports associations, labor unions, colleges and universities, and individuals, since 1977. He will teach one seminar in Employment Discrimination in the fall semester.
