Mr. Yusem is an independent full-time Neutral engaged primarily in commercial and construction dispute resolution matters. He is a Fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is an Adjunct Professor of Law (Dispute Resolution) at Cornell University Law School, having formerly served as a member of the commercial arbitration faculty of the American Arbitration Association. He is accredited as a mediator by the Center for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR). Mr. Yusem is the immediate past chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee and formerly chaired the Montgomery Bar Association ADR Committee. He is past co-chair of the Arbitration Committee of the American Bar Association Section of Dispute Resolution and formerly served as a director of the Commercial Section of the Association for Conflict Resolution. He chairs the Commercial and Personal Injury Subcommittee of the Pennsylvania Joint State Government Commission Advisory Committee on Alternative Dispute Resolution. Mr. Yusem received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and his B.A. from Cornell University.
