John KallaugherAdjunct Professor of Law (Spring term)
John Kallaugher is a partner dividing his time between the Brussels and London offices of Latham & Watkins, where his practice focuses primarily on competition law. He is a Visiting Professor at University College London, where he teaches Comparative US/EC/Antitrust/Competition Law.
Professor Kallaugher has a broad practice touching on all areas of competition law. He has represented clients from many industrial sectors in competition cases before the Commission, national competition authorities, Community courts, national courts and arbitral tribunals. A particular focus of has practice has been on issues arising in transport, particularly aviation.
Professor Kallaugher is recommended in Global Competition Review's Who's Who of Competition Lawyers guide. He is ranked as a notable practitioner for competition law by Chambers UK 2016.
