G85 is one of three massive classrooms offering large-group video conferencing to presenters. Three video cameras and over 40 microphones keep track of events while relaying data anywhere in the world. This room is also equipped with Internet access, projector, DVD/VHS, and live streaming video capabilities. To view a video on using the technology in this room, please click here.

The 270s range of classrooms provide a more intimate learning experience. Each room seats about 30 students and is equipped with a projector, Internet access, VHS/DVD player and other features.

Run a PowerPoint presentation from a USB Key or the Network
Use a laptop to run a presentation on the big screen.
Use Word, Wordperfect, Real Video, Quicktime, Flash
*Access the Internet with Firefox or Microsoft Internet Explorer
Play a DVD, VHS, or Audio CD,
Draw on the monitor screen to highlight or circle important points.
Use the ELMO to display hard copies of items (books, transparencies, pictures) on the big screen. This technology replaces the need for an Overhead Projector.
Access to the Internet in these rooms is limited to the presenter only. If you have an individual that requires access to the internet through his/her laptop, please let IT know and we will assist you with this request.
Room G80 contains technology conducive to presentations or internet browsing.
