The Helpdesk is located in 481 Myron Taylor Hall--on the 4th floor of the Tower. The Laptop Support Team is located in the computer lab of Myron Taylor Hall. Staff support hours are from 8am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. Laptop Support for students is available Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 2pm-4pm. A sign up sheet is available outside the office.

Spyware Help
Spyware is a malicious and annoying by-product of using the Internet. While often not damaging in the same way viruses are, this type of 'junk software' can slow down your computer and cause application failures and errors. Two popular programs are listed below and can either be installed separately or together for maximum effect. Once installed, please run each application and follow the instructions for deletion of any spyware found on your system. While the helpdesk supports the use of these programs, we cannot be held repsponsible for any unusual side-effects or computer errors as a result of these installations.

Computer Lab
The lab goes into maintenance mode on Sundays from 3am-5am. At this time, the computers shut down and all data will be lost unless backed up by floppy drive, flash drive or saved to the “student drive” on the computers.
