Cornell Law School's Clarke Program in East Asian Law and Culture fosters collaboration across disciplines and cultures and brings to light new questions, and new answers on subjects of pressing contemporary concern. Clarke programs include hosting conferences, colloquia, lectures, collaborative research projects, short and long-term scholarly exchanges, and student exchanges. One of our goals in 2010 is to make a difference in the debate regarding the regulation and integration of global financial markets. How? By bringing the views of key thinkers on economic regulatory issues in the United States and Asia into the wider academic and policy debate.
