Katherine, a 30-year asset management regulatory attorney and compliance professional, is currently Attorney-Advisor with the Division of Investment Management’s Risk and Examinations Office at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). She was previously VP & Corporate Counsel with Prudential Investments, Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) and Counsel for the Alger Funds, VP & Senior Counsel for OppenheimerFunds, and an associate attorney with Brown & Wood (now Sidley Austin LLP). Katherine will share her insights on moving from one opportunity to the next, and making your JD work for you in business roles.
