You are invited to participate in a Cornell Law School Alumni Association CLE Breakfast Program
“Prospects for Immigration Reform After the Presidential Election”.
Presented by: Stephen Yale-Loehr, AB ’77, JD ’81, Cornell Law School Professor of Immigration Law Practice.
Join Professor Yale-Loehr as he explores immigration reform under the new presidential administration. This CLE provides an overview of the challenges and opportunities facing the new presidential administration in trying to persuade Congress to enact partial or comprehensive immigration reform in 2017. The CLE will also discuss what actions the new President might take administratively if legislative reform fails, and how companies and individuals can prepare for any immigration changes.
Attendees are eligible to receive 1.5 hours of New York State CLE credit in Law Practice Management.
