Yasuhei Taniguchi, Professor at Senshu University Law School in Tokyo and Professor Emeritus of Kyoto University will present the Robert S. Stevens Endowed Lecture in conjunction with the Cornell Law School's Berger/International Law Journal Symposium on "The WTO Dispute Settlement - Its Nature and Problems".
Professor Yasuhei is a recognized authority in law and international trade and recently retired from the Appellate Body of the WTO.
