CeRI is a cross disciplinary research group at Cornell University comprised of faculty and students from the Law School, the Computing and Information Science Program, and the Scheinman Institute of Conflict Resolution at the ILR School. We work with federal agencies to discover the best ways to use Web 2.0 and other technologies to improve public understanding of, and participation in, rulemaking.
