Seating:

Tickets are required and will be distributed to graduates on Wednesday, April 17 between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., G80.  The ticket distribution takes place at the same time and location as the regalia rental distribution.  Each graduate is allocated up to 4 guest tickets to view the ceremony in Bailey Hall.  Bailey Hall tickets must be reserved via the RSVP form by March 1. This form is sent as an e-mail attachment to all graduating students.  There is a simulcast at the David L. Call Alumni Auditorium, Kennedy Hall (next to Bailey Hall)  for those who do not have tickets for Bailey Hall; tickets for the simulcast are also required.

The Law School also provides a live audio/video stream beginning at 1:30 p.m. on the day of and running to the completion of the program.  Please click on this link on Convocation day, 1:30 p.m., Sunday, May 12 to access the live audio/video stream.  (Please note---this link will not be accessible or active prior to this time).

Immediately following the ceremony (which ceremony lasts approximately an hour and a half), a champagne reception will be held under a large tent at the Ag Quad next to Bailey Hall.
