Class Picture and Photographs at Ceremony

Class Pictures:

The date for group photos of the JD, JD/LLM, LLM and JSD is Thursday, April 4, at the Schwartz Performing Art Center (short walk across the bridge to college town), Theater Section.

All graduates should wear business attire for the picture. To avoid confusion, we ask that you arrive according to the following schedule:

  • All JDs (including JD/LLMs) should arrive at 12:30 p.m. We will take the picture at approximately 12:40 p.m. as it takes a bit of time to get everyone arranged. Please be prompt.

  • All LLMs should arrive at 1:30 p.m. Picture will be taken at approximately 1:40 p.m.

  • JSDs should arrive at 1:40 p.m., and JD/LLMs should return at this time as well—Pictures will be taken at 1:45 p.m.  

JDs, LLMs, and JSDs: Please note that we CANNOT re-shoot if you miss your picture.

Individual Pictures at Convocation Ceremony:

"Grad Images" provides individual photos of graduates. The photos are taken at the Law School Convocation as each graduate is recognized and walks across the stage. The photos can only be purchased directly through the company.

To receive information regarding your individual photograph and how to order, you must enter a summer address at the registrar's office website. The company will contact you by mail several weeks after Convocation.

After the convocation ceremony, you will receive from the company a small image of the photograph, a customer number and ordering information. Once you have your customer number, you can either order by mail or order on line.

However, if after a few weeks you have not received any information from the company, please go to the www.gradimages.com, type in your name, school name and follow the instructions to see your image(s).  If there are problems or there are questions---please call their customer service directly at:
