The ABA Law Student Division has selected March 28th as the official National Mental Health Day at law schools around the country. Here at Cornell Law School we will be recognizing National Mental Health Day with a series of wellness events March 26-30,2018. We hope you will join us for one or more of these wellness-focused activities.

Let's Talk is a program that provides easy access to informal confidential consultations with counselors from Cornell Health. Counselors hold walk-in hours at sites around campus Monday through Friday. Speaking with a counselor can help provide insight, solutions, and information about other resources. No appointment necessary. Just drop in.

Individuals who meditate seem to feel better, do better, and find that the practice sustains them in their personal and professional lives. Come join in this opportunity to practice a relaxing and restorative technique. Everyone is welcome, Come as you are.
