Elettra Bietti

Elettra Bietti is a joint Postdoctoral Fellow at the NYU School of Law and the Digital Life Initiative at Cornell Tech in New York. She is a Doctor of Law from Harvard Law School. Elettra is affiliated to the Berkman-Klein Center for Internet and Society at Harvard University, to the Information Society Project at Yale Law School and to the Weatherhead Center for International Affairs at Harvard University. Her research is on the law and political philosophy of digital platform regulation, a theme which she tackles from a normative and critical perspective. Prior to academia, Elettra was a competition and intellectual property lawyer in London and Brussels, handling corporate transactions and patent disputes.
