David ElkinsVisiting Professor of Law
Professional BiographyDavid Elkins is a professor at the Netanya College School of Law in Israel, where his primary field is taxation. In recent years his research has focused on a critical examination of the principles underlying the discourse of international taxation. He has also explored the interplay between social and moral philosophy on the one hand and tax law on the other, with particular emphasis on the writings of John Rawls.
Professor Elkins has served as a visiting professor at the SMU Dedman School of Law and Tulane Law School and as a visiting senior researcher at Singapore Management University.
