Professional Biography

Mr. Troy is a former prosecutor in the New York County District Attorney’s Office and has over 30 years of experience in trial and appellate practice. He is admitted to practice law before the Courts of New York State, the United States District Courts for the Northern,Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of New York, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Troy handles civil and criminal litigation with particular expertise in: Personal Injury, Subrogation, Contract Disputes, Criminal Defense, Insurance, Construction Disputes, Premises Liability, Collections and Appellate Practice. Mr. Troy is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Maritime Law Association, the Tompkins County Bar Association and the Broome County Bar Association.
