Peter recently joined the Cornell Law Library from Wayne State University, where he was an Assistant Professor in the School of Information Sciences (2014-2017). His research and teaching foci were in data analytics, information visualization, domain mapping, academic libraries, and information policy. Before Wayne State, Peter practiced law (1997-1999) and was an academic law librarian at the University of Illinois (2000-2001) and Indiana University (2001-2012). Peter graduated with a J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law (1997), an M.S.LIS from the University of Illinois (2000), and a Ph.D. in Information Science from Indiana University (2014).
