Join Professor Wendel as he discusses emerging issues and recent changes in the law governing lawyers, including the ABA's new advertising and solicitation rules (and the implication for New York lawyers); third-party litigation financing (including a new ethics opinion from the New York City Bar Association); online legal services (including Avvo shutting down its legal services product); and an issue that may soon in New York - the representation of cannabis businesses that are permitted under state law.
