Jingzhe Yang

Professional Biography

Jingzhe (Alex) Yang is an Assistant Professor in HuaQiao University Law School. He teaches Introduction to Jurisprudence, Sociology of Law, Law and Social Theory and Comparative Law. He holds an LL.D. from Tsinghua Law School (2013) and holds an LL.M. and LL.B. from Northwest University of Political Science and Law (2010, 2006). His LLD dissertation is on theoretical reconstruction of Legal Pluralism. He is a Committee Member of HuaQiao University Committee of Jiusan Society, also is a Council of China Society of Comparative Law. 

Recently, he is concentrated on the topic about Legal Geography/Geography of Law/Spatiality of Law, specifically, on conceptualization of different spaces in terms of social theories in legal field.
