Con Reynolds currently serves as Counsel to the Chair at the United States Sentencing Commission. He previously taught at Yale Law School, where he led a restructuring of the school’s environmental law clinic. Mr. Reynolds also co-chaired the Committee on Civilian Review Boards within the New York State Bar Association’s Task Force on Racial Justice and Police Reform and helped build Rochester’s first government agency dedicated to community control of police. Mr. Reynolds clerked for the Hon. Carlton W. Reeves of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi. Mr. Reynolds has also worked at the White House, in a plaintiffs’ side law firm, and in state and federal politics. During law school, he was elected to serve as the first president of First Generation Professionals at Yale Law.
