Gali Racabi is an Assistant Professor teaching labor and employment law at the Cornell ILR school. Gali’s research focus on the legal foundations of workplace power. Current projects include writing on exclusions from work law; technological change and antidiscrimination law; platform work; and the burgeoning U.S. students’ worker movement.
Gali published in the Tulane Law Review, Berkeley Journal of Employment and Labor Law, Industrial Labor Relations Review, Yale Journal of Law and Technology. Gali earned his doctorate at Harvard Law School, and an LL.B. and B.A. from Haifa University, Israel.
