Biography

Jacob Hamburger is an Assistant Professor of Law at Marquette Law School. His research focuses on immigration federalism, exploring the role of state and local governments in the national system of immigration enforcement and regulation. He earned his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School, and previously worked as a staff immigration attorney at Legal Aid Chicago.
