Biography

Lance Salisbury is practicing attorney in Ithaca, New York. His main area of work is in criminal and education law, and international human rights/rule of law issues. Before returning to practice in Ithaca, he ran a legal aid program in Bosnia and Kosovo from 1999 to 2001. He also developed and ran human rights and civil society programs in Liberia in 1997-1998 and in Somalia from 1993-1994.
