As an Assistant Attorney General, he represents and defends the State of New York in lawsuits ranging from, among many causes of action, medical malpractice, torts, excessive force, eminent domain, and false arrest. Prior to being an AAG, he was a practicing attorney with the County of Onondaga where he dealt with all aspects of social services and public benefits, and worked in other service areas such as child protective and guardianships.
