Andrew Stamelman heads the Tax and Corporate practice groups at Sherman Wells Sylvester & Stamelman LLP. His practice focuses largely on providing tax advice for businesses and individuals, trusts and estates work, and general corporate law, including structuring of business entities and acquisition and sale of business interests. Mr. Stamelman's unique skills and experience have enabled him to become a valuable counselor to many middle market businesses in various industries.
He has lectured on a variety of subjects before professional associations of attorneys, accountants and insurance advisors, including lectures at Cornell Law School, the New Jersey Society of CPA’s, the Fairleigh Dickinson Tax Institute and Inc. Magazine’s National Family Business Conference.
